Eddy TSANG

Mr Eddy Tsang is the Chief Executive Officer of CKI Materials - Green Island Cement (Holdings) Limited, Green Island International Limited, Green Island Environmental Limited and Anderson Asia (Holdings) Limited. Apart from his role in Hong Kong and Mainland China, he is also a Director of EnviroNZ, a member company of CKI Group which is a vertically integrated waste management company that has national coverage in New Zealand.
Prior to joining the Cheung Kong Group in 2005, Mr Tsang has held directorship in numerous publicly listed companies of various sectors. He has also worked for an international accountancy firm in both Australia and Hong Kong for over ten years, where he gained solid and professional experience in Finance and Accounting in his early career life.
Mr Tsang holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. With his extensive involvement with the construction materials industry, Mr Tsang has been admitted as a fellow member of the Institute of Quarrying in the UK and a Director of the Hong Kong Construction Materials Association.
Kwok Keung CHAN

Mr. K.K. Chan has been involved with the construction materials industry in Hong Kong and Macau for over 35 years. He has a rich experience on the commercial, operation, and management side of the industry. Mr. Chan is now the Managing Director of Continental Cement and Gypsum Co., Ltd, Hong Kong Concrete Co., Ltd, Hong Kong - China Concrete Co., Ltd, and Macau Concrete Co., Ltd.
Eric Y C CHIU

Mr. Eric Chiu is the General Manager of Hong Kong Concrete Company Limited. Its shareholders includes China State Construction International Holdings Limited, TCC International Holdings Limited, Macau Cement Manufacturing Company Limited and Ladygold Limited.
Mr. Chiu holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 25 years experiences in the concrete industry in Hong Kong, Macau and China and has held a number of director positions in those operations. Mr. Chiu also has close to ten years management experience in the cement industry in Macau.
Mr Eric Chiu is also the Chairman of Ready Mixed Concrete Committee of HKCMA
Elaine LAM

Ms. Elaine Lam joined China Resources Cement Holdings Limited in 2013 and has served as the General Manager of the Hong Kong Business Division since September 2021. Previously she has served as the General Manager of Investor Relations Department and the Deputy General Manager of International Department. She is primarily responsible for the operation and development of the Hong Kong regional business, and also oversees the development opportunities of the Company’s international business. Prior to joining China Resources Cement, Ms. Lam has worked in various investment banking roles at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and Citibank, where she was mainly responsible for equity research of infrastructure and building materials sectors in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. She also has working experience in financial media in Hong Kong. Ms. Lam holds a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Finance and a Master’s degree of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She has over 18 years of working experience in listed companies and financial institutions in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. Ms. Lam is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and has been repeatedly selected by the international authoritative financial magazine “Institutional Investor” as the Best Investor Relations Professional in the “All-Asia Executive Team” Basic Materials category.
NG Heong Chen

Mr. Ng Heong Chen is the Associate Director and Head of Southern Region of K Wah Construction Materials, responsible for all businesses (Aggregate, Asphalt, Concrete, GGBS, and Precast) in Hong Kong, Macau and PRD in Mainland China.
Mr. Ng joined K. Wah Construction Materials in 2009. He was the General Manager-Quarry of K. Wah Construction Materials and responsible for the overall planning, development, management, logistics and marketing of the Group quarrying business in Hong Kong, Macau and Pearl River Delta. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Quarrying and the Chairman of the Institute of Quarrying (Hong Kong Branch) (2019-2021).
Mr. Ng was also the General Manager of Business Development, EHSE, Sustainability of K. Wah Construction Materials (2020-2021), responsible for the function of engineering, health, safety, environment, business development, strategic planning and sustainability of the Group businesses in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Degree of Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
PANG Tak Chung

Mr. PANG Tak Chung MH is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Golik Holdings Limited since 1996. Mr. Pang is the founder of Golik Metal Industrial Company Limited in 1977. He is responsible for strategic planning, overall management and corporate development of the Group. He has over 45 years´ experience in the trading and manufacturing industry in Hong Kong and the Mainland China. He also has extensive experience in international trading practices. Furthermore, Mr. Pang is the honorary citizen of both Jiangmen and Heshan, Guangdong Province. In 2019, Mr. Pang was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Regions.
Adrian Townson

In the early years of his career Adrian worked in the UK on the commercial side of the Construction Industry, gaining valuable experience across the civil engineering field on infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis towards Asphalt surfacing, on Motorways and Dual Carriageways and all 3 runways at Heathrow International Airport.
Arriving in Hong Kong in mid 1997 via a UK consultancy, Adrian was involved in asphalt surfacing projects at the new International Airport, accounting for over 750,000 tonnes of asphalt surfacing to roads, car parks, runways and taxiways. His consulting work continued after the Airports completion for numerous clients in the asphalt and civil engineering industry. In 2002 Adrian joined the Pioneer-Asphalt Surfaces Joint Venture to oversee the surfacing works at Container Terminal No.9 Contract at Tsing Yi where 270,000 tonnes of asphalt was completed on the roads and terminal itself. Adrian joined Asphalt Surfaces direct in 2004, where he now manages all company operations in Hong Kong as General Manager.
Adrian is also the Chairman and Director of the Hong Kong Asphalt Pavement Association Limited. Adrian holds a graduate certificate in Pavement Technology, is a Member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology.
Wai Tim TSUI

Ir TSUI Wai Tim is a chartered and registered professional engineer with extensive experience in Hong Kong and China. He is at present the Executive Director of Build King Holdings Limited, the Personal Assistant to Vice Chairman & CEO of Wai Kee Holdings Limited and Directors of subsidiary companies of Build King Group and Wai Kee Group.
Ir TSUI is enthusiastic in participating in the professional services and serving the construction industry. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and the Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation, a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and a Fellow of the Institute of Quarrying. Ir TSUI is a Member of the Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC), a Director of the Hong Kong Construction Materials Association (HKCMA), was a former Member of the Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (PCFB), a former Council Member and Vice President of the Hong Kong Construction Association (HKCA), and a former Chairman of the Building Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).
Arthur Chun Mo WONG

Mr. Arthur Wong was graduated from Oregon State University and awarded Bachelor Degree of Science (Industry Engineering).
Since 1977, Mr. Wong has established the trading business of building materials in line with logistics including land and marine transportation to develop an infrastructure for distribution channels. He is the pioneer in accomplishing the logistic hub between Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Mr. Wong is now the Managing Director of Wealth Bridge Trading Co. Ltd. and Everbest Logistics Co. Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Hong Kong River Sand Association Ltd.
Vincent Chun Wai YU

Mr. Vincent Yu is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Construction Materials Limited; a joint venture company between Cheung Kong Infrastructure and HeidelbergCement, with operations in Hong Kong and the Guangdong Province in the People’s Republic of China.
Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 28 years of experience in the construction materials industry with previous operational and executive management positions with Pioneer Concrete Hong Kong, Hanson Hong Kong and Anderson Concrete Limited.
