Youth Development Committee
Introduction
The Youth Development Committee is an important part of the Hong Kong Construction Materials Association, dedicated to promoting the participation and development of young practitioners in the construction materials industry. We believe that the younger generation is crucial to the future of the industry. Their innovative thinking and vitality can bring new impetus to the construction materials industry, optimizing industry standards and sustainable development.
The youth committee members actively contributed their ideas and suggestions for various activities to be organized by the association over the next two years. The meeting resulted in the decision to plan and host a diverse range of activities, including college recruitment fairs, Greater Bay Area exchanges, and cultural and sports events for young professionals. The Youth Development Committee will provide a platform for young professionals in the construction materials industry to facilitate collaboration and learning among each other, organize professional training courses, and conduct community service activities and philanthropic projects to engage young professionals in the construction materials industry in contributing to society and promoting industry development.
