Training and Campus Recruitment Team
Our industry has long grappled with recruitment challenges. Training and Campus Recruitment Team is actively planning outreach initiatives to educate young individuals about the industry, reshape its prevailing image, and entice a greater influx of youth.
We will engage in campus outreach activities, including workshop experiences, industry introductions, and demonstrations of the latest technological applications. Furthermore, we will showcase the newest technological applications in the building materials industry, such as smart buildings and green construction materials, to help young people understand the cutting-edge technological trends in the industry. These activities aim to provide young individuals with a deeper understanding of the diversity and innovation within the building materials industry, while also altering the general public's inherent perceptions of our industry. We hope to spark young people's interest in this industry through these initiatives, preparing them for future careers. We look forward to these activities bringing new energy and innovative thinking to the industry, and attracting more young people to join our ranks.
